Product: PPR and 1040 Packages
Just a reminder that we are going to start our billing process for 2020 returns. We actually held off our billing by a couple weeks due to the late start of the season.
If you have billable items, you will receive an invoice today or tomorrow, then every Monday through April.
The invoice needs to be paid by Tuesday, of the same week. If not paid, on Wednesday we will attempt to bill your card on file. If your card on file is declined we will be forced to deactivate your software. Due to the nature of how software is deactivated it can take up to 48 hours to reactivate.
