Information is power, and having the correct information about your tax returns is so important to keeping your business efficient. In the Desktop software you can see this information by simply opening the return and pressing F7 on your keyboard to open the Return Status window.
This screen shows you vital information like acceptance date and refund information. You can also find Rejection information under the Reject tab. Please note that this screen updates based on the acknowledgements you’ve received through the Get Acks & Form Updates button on the Dashboard screen, so be sure to check often for acknowledgements!
