If you are taking advantage of the bank products program, sometimes your taxpayer may need the RTN and DAN for the bank partner to which the return is being filed with.
This information can be found in both the Return Query (Click Check Return Status in the Tax Returns screen) in the Online software and the Return Status (Press F7 while in a return) screen in the Desktop software.
While not a common situation, it’s best to know where you can find this in case it does occur!
